Looking for a qualified tree removalist/arborist to take down a pine tree. The tree overhangs our neighbours fence so want to be careful.

Scope Remove all overhanging branches above roof/patio and all dead/dying limbs (a large limb recently fell). Safety prune. Chip and take away all debris; leave site clean. No nearby power lines. Access Tight side access; protect paving and roof. Work to be rigged/lowered safely. Must-have AQF Level 3 (or higher) Arboriculture. Current public liability insurance (prefer $10m+) and WorkCover — provide certificates. When replying Confirm AQF/insurance, climbing & rigging plan, availability, and fixed-price quote.
