Arborist We need to put in a development application to Lane Cove Council for a carport. They require an arborist to confirm that no tree roots will be damaged. There are camelias on both sides of the drive - see photos, but no large trees where the cement bases of the carport would be dug in (see photos)

I am requesting proposals/quotations from suitably qualified project arborists (AQF Level 5 or above) to provide supervision and certification for my site in Baulkham Hills. Arborist supervision and certification are stipulated in Conditions 7, 28 and 40 of the Development Consent. The following information will facilitate the preparation of proposals/quotations: 1) The required supervision and certification is limited to the Tree Protection Zone (TPZ) and/or the Structural Root Zone (SRZ) of one tree being retained. 2) Condition 7 - Before any work begins on the site, if any construction access or works is required within the TPZ, ground protection measures will be required and certification of supervision of implementation will be provided by the Project Arborist. Condition 7 will apply to my site due to temporary access for machinery and vehicles within the TPZ. However, according to clauses 3.3.1 and 3.3.2 in AS4970, it may be possible to encroach (including excavation, compacted fill and machine trenching) into or make variations to the standard TPZ. Awaiting my builder’s advice whether building materials will be temporarily stored within the TPZ. 3) Condition 28 will apply to my site due to the water main being located within the right side of the TPZ. Awaiting my builder’s advice about the location of stormwater. 4) Condition 40 will apply to my site due to the water main being located within the right side of the TPZ. Awaiting my builder’s advice about the location of stormwater. 3) An Arboricultural Impact Assessment report was prepared by an arborist dated 14 November 2024. A Tree Protection Plan is included in this report. 4) Stamped Site Plan The develioment consent, arborist report and stamped site plan will be provided upon request.

Arborist needed to trim back tree overhanging from neighbours property. Height 5-10m (see red circles picture). Familiarity with northern beaches council regulations.

Need an arborist to quote for removal of a dead tree - removal has been approved by Ryde council. The arborist needs to provide evidence of insurance (given there are tenants at the home where the tree needs to be removed) and needs to provide evidence of AQF level 3 qualification in Horticulture / Arboriculture

Remove a large tree branch

A maple tree in front yard is not doing well , all leaves gone and some branches fall off and very crispy. We also find a live insect inside the branch ,Need an ample tree export check the health and give advice on actions to save the tree

Prune and clean/tidy up large palm tree

Bring those tree shredder and shred these branches and take them. Approx 3m x 1m bunch. Really small. Easiest buck you’ll ever make, I bring them out, you shred and take away. Reasonable offers will be accepted.

Hi all, We need an experienced tree surgeon, arborist, or someone with sufficient expertise to safely remove a tree from our front yard. The tree is growing close to our neighbour’s home and is also blocking a view, so we’d like it taken down properly to avoid any issues. Job Details: The tree is under 5m, exact height not known. Located in the front yard on a drive way with reasonable access. Can move cars to complete the job. Needs to have some branches lopped and a few metres removed safely.
