Hey, I require a certified Arborist report to present to a body corporate in a claim for damages that have since been repaired from tree roots to my drains. The body corporate has stated they will not take any responsibility without a report saying the tree roots came from one of their trees which are within meters of the drains, (only trees within miles) There is already a detailed report from plumbers with photos and videos of the damage cause and the tree roots.
