Looking for an experienced painter to repaint the interior of a small, ground-floor 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment (approx. 52 m²) in Warrawong. The apartment will be professionally cleaned and empty before painting begins. Scope of work: Walls only: repaint throughout from light blue to standard white (approx. 52 m² apartment). Doors, frames, and skirting boards: freshen up with semi-gloss/enamel. Minor patching: already done in most areas, but please allow to tidy any small spots that may have been missed. Kitchen/bathroom: Use appropriate moisture/mould-resistant paint. Details: Colour: Standard white (currently light blue walls, white trims, and white ceilings). Ceilings: not included (popcorn ceiling, to remain as is). Apartment condition: Empty, freshly cleaned. Access: Ground-floor apartment, easy access, no stairs. Parking: Free street parking available. Timing: Ideally end of this week or start–mid next week. Must be completed by 15/09/2025 at the latest. Requirements: Must supply all paint, tools, drop sheets, rollers/brushes, and equipment. Not fussy on brand, just good quality and suitable for walls, trims, and wet areas. Must leave the space neat and tidy on completion. Budget: $1,600–$2,500 including paint.

We are seeking a qualified painter to repaint our entire apartment (the apartment will be empty). All paint and materials will be supplied by us – the painter is only required to provide labour, tools, and protective coverings. Inclusions: • Full internal repaint of a 3-bedroom apartment (~100 sqm). • Walls: Dulux Natural White – low sheen (2 coats). • Ceilings: Dulux Ceiling White (2 coats). • Trims, doors, skirtings: Dulux Natural White – semi-gloss (2 coats). • Light surface preparation (sanding, patching, filling minor holes/cracks). • Protect all flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures. • Clean-up and tidy finish upon completion. Exclusions: • Paint and primers (will be supplied). • Major plastering or structural repairs. • External surfaces or balconies.
