I require a cleaner who is interested in cleaning an Airbnb on a regular basis. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge. All floorboards

1. Become Airbnb co host and diarise checkout dates for cleaning between 10 am and 1 pm on day of checkout. 2. Check against inventory for damage or theft and report any to the owner promptly. 3. Use disinfectant on toilet and shower. 6. Dust all other surfaces and wipe down/ vacuume lounges and other furniture 7.Sweep all floor surfaces and clean with a detergent. 8. Use disinfectant on all high touch surfaces to comply with Airbnb covid 19 cleaning policy. 9. Launder all linen and towels 10.Supply all consumables. . 11 check and replace toilet paper dish cleaning detergent and all purpose kitchen wipes. 12. Check Airbnb for negative cleaning reviews and action any requests. 13. Respond to any guest lockouts or minor problems as required.

We are looking to get started with Airbnb and will be inconsistently around the area so we will need someone reliable- we have a 3 bedroom home with 1 bathroom and an extra spare toilet and laundry . We would require cleaning of all inside areas including kitchen and living and also undercover deck area. We would also like someone to change and Preferably wash or drop off/ pick up linen.
