This will be ongoing work (availability is required through dec & jan too) depending on bookings. Bookings will start from Dec 11 onwards . So, cleaner engagement is required from this date onwards 🧼 Tasks Include: Vacuuming all rooms Mopping floors Cleaning bathroom & toilet General dusting & surface wipe-down Emptying bins Quick tidy/reset of the space 📌 Notes: Cleaning workload varies depending on the length of the guest’s stay — sometimes it’s a full clean, sometimes very minimal. I will notify you in advance of each booking and check-out time. This is a small 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit, need on going Airbnb cleaning (average once a month depending on the booking) Work to be done: Bedrooms: making the beds, laundry of bedsheets Vacuum the carpet The rest: mop the floor, clean the dusts, clean bathrooms sink, toilet, kitchen sink, bench, taking away rubbish etc This is a part-time Airbnb place, don’t have a lot of bookings, average once a month, depending on seasons too, cleaning time is flexible, hope to find reliable you for long term, thank you :) On site parking provided.
