I’m looking for a PT 1-2x a week for the next four weeks prior to going overseas and possible ongoing working relationship after I return. THE CLIENT (Me) Sana 31F who has recently lost 24kg. I’ve had some big life changes and have fallen a little off the bandwagon gained 5kg, but I’m looking to lose 5kg in the next month prior to going away for a month. I’m at a healthy weight for myself when I am at that size. I have prior been a gym girly and a couch potato (the dichotomy). For context in my physical peak I used to be able to leg press 400kg and sled run 100kg for multiple reps. I like exercise that feels like fun e.g. obstacle courses, sport I’m not trying to be the healthiest I’ve ever been or the smallest I’ve ever been I am simply trying to be healthier and fitter so I can live a bit longer more comfortably ya know? I’d like to lose more fat and get back into weight lifting and we’ll see what happens from that. PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS - Shorter wrist tendons that impact flexibility e.g. they get shooting pains during standard push ups etc. - Nerve damage in big toes from an operation so I cannot do weighted lunges or exercises that put too much pressure and weight on the joint since it’s numb. - Pretty aggressively impacted by hay-fever and that leads to asthma. Not always an issue but it currently is. WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR I’m looking strictly for a PT, I don’t need a diet plan or a nutritionist etc. I am pretty well-versed in that space. I want someone who has clear understandings of form in exercises- I’m not a beginner, but I’ve never been confident that I’m executing exercises properly and protecting my neck and wrists from strain etc. I’ve had a tonne of RSIs I’m not looking to get another. If you think you could be my guy, gal or anything in between feel free to shoot me an offer with what you specialize in and pricing and time etc. And some sort of indication you’ve taken the time to read this post.

I work from home Tuesday, Thursday and Friday so ideally either morning 8-10am or lunch break 12-1pm.
