I’m looking for an experienced app developer (or small team) to build an MVP for an AI-powered golf swing trainer app. The goal is to create a mobile app that allows users to record or upload a golf swing video and receive automated feedback on their swing. Core Features (MVP): User login/signup Record or upload swing video Basic pose detection (body tracking using MediaPipe or similar) Identify key swing positions (backswing, downswing, impact) Provide simple feedback (e.g. swing plane, posture issues) Display annotated video (lines/angles overlay) Basic dashboard/history of swings Tech Requirements (preferred, open to suggestions): Frontend: Flutter / FlutterFlow Backend: Firebase or Supabase AI/Pose Detection: MediaPipe (or equivalent) Experience with video processing is highly preferred Future Scope (not required now but should be considered): Advanced AI swing analysis Personalized coaching suggestions Drill recommendations Subscription model What I need from you: Examples of similar apps or projects Your recommended tech stack Estimated cost + timeline Whether you can handle both app + backend + AI integration Important:This is for an MVP first. Website name is LittleNesti.com.au Currently, the site is built on a custom template from Atlas, but I am not seeing the sales results I need. I have decided to switch to a new, more conversion-focused template (Which I have) and need someone to handle this. I have done everything myself but now dont have enough time.
