Price displayed is of course not fixed, as there are a few jobs that needs to be done. Please quote accordingly and state what you can do and can't do so I know if I need to hire another person to do the other tasks. Install new plumbing for laundry sink + washing machine, including tap connection for sink. Please note tiles have been removed from the wall. The wall is villa board. Waterproofing and new tiles will need to be completed before plumbing installation can continue. If you are able to do waterproofing and tiling it would be great. I also have a reference photo of the laundry cabinetry setup I would like installed. Laundry size: 1.4m x 0.8m

Require our old vanity to be replaced with a similar sized one freestanding with a single mixer. Vanity, mixer and pop up valve will be supplied. Require our toilet to be replaced also - not sure what type to buy but something that will hopefully cover the same area on the floor. Prefer a one man business rather then a big business with so much different workers
