I am renovating a bathroom in Horsfield Bay (Central Coast NSW) and require a licensed waterproofing contractor to complete compliant waterproofing works. The bathroom has been fully stripped and new villaboard / sheeting installed. Floor waste and plumbing penetrations are already in place. Scope of work includes: • Surface preparation and priming • Installation of bond breaker / flashing at all wall-floor junctions and penetrations • Application of minimum 2 compliant waterproof membrane coats to: • Entire bathroom floor • All wall-floor junctions • Shower area walls (full height) • Remaining walls to compliant height • Proper sealing around floor wastes and pipe penetrations • Work must be completed ready for tiler to commence tiling • Clean finish and correct drying times between coats Requirements: • Must hold valid waterproofing licence in NSW • Must provide Waterproofing Certificate / Certificate of Compliance upon completion • Must follow AS3740 Waterproofing Standards • Must use approved waterproofing products • Please provide photos of previous bathroom waterproofing jobs • Be able to start soon Bathroom is approximately 3m x 2.8m Access is easy. Parking available. This Airtasker job is for one bathroom only. A second bathroom renovation will be available later (not part of this job). Please quote total price including materials and labour.

Hello, We have a back flat / granny flat that has working tap in the kitchen sink, working washing machine, working faucet in the bathroom.. Water pressure in those is fine. It also has a shower in the same bathroom that used to be ok. Water pressure in that same shower is now non-existent. Turn on it full, wait for 1 minute and a few drops dribble out. But nothing more than that. This is the reason for the job; fix water pressure in shower. Looking for a 5 minute chat in advance about the problem and answer any questions. $20 paid regardless of course. Pictures added. Only the shower has the issue. The rest of the bathroom also pictured for reference.

Need a small job in my master room bathroom: remove the existing top-fed shower rail (pipe rail), drill and install a new handheld slide rail connecting to the existing wall outlet, and cap/seal/hide the old fixing hole further down.
