Looking for an experienced carpenter / joiner to carefully cut a channel for an LED strip underneath an already-installed unit. The unit has a stone benchtop already installed and cannot be removed. The LED channel was missed in the factory, so it now needs to be cut from underneath on site. The clearance is very tight at 10cm and the unit is circa 1.1m long. It is fixed to and sitting on a mirrored kick. The defect was caught too late and this unit cannot be removed to be routed on a machine without risk of damaging the stone.

Two problems: 1. I bought and moved in to my apartment in July. I noticed that the hot water often (but not always) takes ages to heat up. Sometimes as much as 10 minutes. The building manager has told me there’s nothing wrong with the building that would be causing it. 2. Two weeks ago I had a new washing machine installed. Since then, the water pressure has been pathetic. Often it’s just a dribble and it’s getting worse.
