Description: Looking for a licensed plumber (or experienced handyman with plumbing licence) to install a small hand basin in my downstairs toilet. Scope: The downstairs toilet currently has only a toilet (no basin). The hot water system is located directly next to the toilet, making water access convenient (see photo). I’d like to install a compact or corner-style wall-mounted basin inside the toilet area for handwashing. Job includes: Connecting basin to existing hot and cold water (can be taken from the nearby hot water system). Connecting waste outlet to existing drain line. Installing and sealing a small tap + trap + waste. Ensuring a tidy finish (no exposed messy pipes). Optional: supply the basin and fittings if you can or recommend a compact model that fits small spaces. Access: Easy ground-floor access. Hot water system and water lines located immediately beside toilet (photo attached). Requirements: Must be a licensed plumber (ACCC/NSW compliant). Bring all tools, fittings, and materials. Provide a clean, professional finish — patch/caulk as needed. Please quote for labour only and labour + supply if possible.

Single story 3 bedroom home 1. Surface Preparation & Repairs o Tile Replacement & Realignment Replace all cracked, broken, or porous tiles with matching replacements. Realign tiles to ensure proper overlap and appearance. I have additional tiles. o Ridge Capping Rebed and repoint all ridge caps using flexible, weather-resistant compounds. o Valley Replacement Remove rusted valley irons and install new pre-painted galvanised valley irons with correct turn-ups/turn-downs. Bedding or pointing within watercourses if required. o Battens & Flashings Inspect battens during works and replace any deteriorated sections. Check flashings and seal all penetrations. 2. Cleaning & Coating o High-pressure clean entire roof to remove dirt, moss, and lichen. o Apply 1x primer and 2x coats of roof membrane paint (I will choose colour) o Clear all gutters and downpipes after washing.

Washing machine is ok but the centre drum seems to be not rotating. The centre drum seems to have moved from its position. The problem is very small. In short the washing machine starts but is not able to wash the clothes and makes big noise while washing.
