Hi! We are NOMI, an Australian furniture design brand, and we are looking for 1x experienced Bartender and 1x experienced Waiter to help us run our Melbourne Design Week exhibition opening night. Event Details: Date: Thursday, 21st May Time: 4:30 PM – 11 PM (5 hours) Location: 14 Langridge St, Collingwood Dress Code: All black, neat and professional BARTENDER Mixing and serving a small menu of classic cocktails. Pouring and serving beer, wine, and prosecco. Keeping the bar area clean and presentable. WAITER / FLOOR STAFF Roaming the floor to serve catering/canapés from trays. Rearranging and managing the food platters to ensure they look great. Clearing empty glasses and napkins from the floor as needed. Requirements for both roles: Must hold a valid Victoria RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol). At least 1 year of hospitality/events experience. Fluent in English. Reliable, punctual, and friendly attitude!
