We are looking for TWO (2) experienced event attendants / wait staff to help with our private home wedding reception. ** So if you are kindly offer, please clarify whether you can bring along another staff/colleague with you. :) thank you Ideally, at least one of you has solid event experience and is comfortable following a simple run sheet, keeping an eye on timing, and helping guide the other person on the day. Time: 11:00am – 11:00pm Location: [insert suburb] From 11:00am to 12:00pm, we would like you to arrive and have a start-up meeting with our day-of coordinator / event manager, so everyone is clear on the plan before the event starts. Tasks will include helping with light setup before guests arriving, food and drink service, keeping the buffet / service areas set up & tidy, clearing glasses and plates, rubbish checks, topping up drinks / ice where needed, and general event support. Pack-down / clean-up will start around 9:00–10:00pm and finish by 11:00pm. We would also like to have a short video call before confirming, just to go through the general plan and make sure it feels like a good fit for everyone. We want the day to run smoothly and avoid any confusion on the day. Experience with weddings, private events, catering, or home functions would be great.

I am hosting a birthday party at my home for approximately 60 guests. Catering will be provided, and I am looking for 1–2 experienced hospitality/event assistants to help with setup before guests arrive and to assist throughout the event. Duties may include: Setting up food and serving areas Serving or replenishing food and drinks as required Clearing plates and glasses General tidying and kitchen support Taking out rubbish and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event Assisting with the cake-cutting and dessert service Preparing tea and coffee stations The event will include a period of games and speeches, during which assistance will be needed to reset and prepare for the cake and dessert portion of the afternoon.
