Looking for one bar and one wait staff. Approx 50 people or so Wait staff -Very easy and straight forward - all food to be heated (air fryer/oven) and then just walked around - small house. No clean up just any leftovers in the bin and platters in the sink. Bar staff - 3 cocktails on then menu - two will be prepped so just have to shake up mix/shot and pour. The others are just alcohol and the ninja so just make sure that is topped up - only 1 type will be in this so very easy. And I have cocktail trees so will be the same cocktail , fill up the tree and then change to the next one and fill that tree. Will be 6:45pm till 11/12am depending how it goes. Price is per server.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up our acai stall, serving delicious acai bowls to guests, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone at the event. Key Responsibilities: - Setup and Breakdown: - Arrive at event locations on time and assist with the setup of the acai stall, including arranging equipment and toppings. - Ensure the stall is clean, organised, and visually appealing. - Assist with the breakdown and clean-up of the stall at the end of the event. Serving Acai Bowls: - Prepare and serve acai bowls according to our standard recipes and customer preferences. - Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service. - Offer suggestions and answer any questions guests may have about the acai bowls and toppings. Date: Saturday 7 November Location: Dee Why – private residence Guests: Approximately 60 (final numbers confirmed 2 weeks prior) Event: 40th birthday celebration Party time: 5pm until late Staff required: 1 x experienced wait staff Shift: 4:45pm–10:45pm (6 hours) I’m looking for an experienced, friendly and proactive wait staff member to help keep everything running smoothly throughout the evening. It will be a relaxed cocktail-style party rather than a sit-down dinner, with grazing/finger food being served throughout the night. Responsibilities will include: Helping with final setup before guests arrive Heating and serving food as required Keeping food and grazing areas stocked and looking presentable Clearing used glasses, plates and napkins throughout the evening Washing/rinsing glasses and keeping the kitchen tidy General tidying and cleaning as needed Helping with pack-up and as much cleanup as possible before finishing at 10:45pm I’m looking for someone who is confident, self-directed and proactive, who can keep an eye on what needs doing without needing constant instructions.
