We’re looking for an experienced professional freelance photographer + videographer for an upcoming commercial lifestyle shoot for an Australian pet food brand. The shoot will take place at a residential home in Melbourne, featuring dogs interacting naturally with our products across indoor and outdoor settings, along with food and some product photography. I’m a graphic designer/creative director and will be art directing the shoot, providing creative direction, shot list, styling and visual references. We’re looking for someone with: A strong commercial/lifestyle photography and video portfolio Experience capturing both professional stills and video/B-roll during the same shoot Food and product photography experience A great eye for natural, editorial-style lighting and composition Confidence working with dogs Own professional camera and lighting equipment Professional editing and colour correction I’ll be assisting with food/product styling and art direction on the day. The shoot will be approximately 3–4 hours, with content used across website, social media and advertising. I’ve attached reference imagery to show the natural, warm, editorial style, lighting and composition we’re aiming for. These are intended as creative references rather than images to replicate exactly. Please include a professional portfolio showing relevant photography and video work when applying. There is potential for ongoing freelance work across a range of brands and projects for the right person.
