Looking for an experienced and fully equipped flooring professional to sand, repair, and refinish solid timber floors across two empty rooms in Fairfield. Job Details: The total area is 21 square metres. Room one is 3m by 4m. Room two is 3m by 3m. The floor type is solid timber floors. The current floor condition is exposed timber with no carpet, staples, or glue to remove. The repair required is about 1 square foot of damage in one room that requires a timber board replacement before sanding. The power availability is standard household 10 amp power plugs only. No 15 amp outlets are available. Please ensure your equipment works with standard residential power plugs or bring an appropriate safety lead. The scope of work is full edge to edge machine sanding with 3 passes, punch down nails, putty gaps, vacuum, and apply a 3 coat finish system. The finish specification must be a commercial grade, non yellowing waterborne polyurethane. I prefer a two component system like Bona Traffic HD, Loba 2K, or Intergrain EnviroPro. We are keeping the natural timber color with no staining required. Requirements for Applicants: 1. Please state what brand and system of water based finish you intend to use. 2. Must bring all professional flooring equipment compatible with 10 amp residential power. 3. Please confirm your quote includes all materials, GST, and the board repair.
 4. Rooms will be completely clear before you arrive. -photo 2 shows where boards will need repair.

Roughly what it costs 3. Your earliest availability (this week or next week is fine) 4. How long the repair takes
