Looking for someone highly experienced in both FRESHA and GO HIGH LEVEL to assist in the setup and migration from Fresha to GHL. This task is not for the entire project but just to have a consultation and if you are the right fit, to book you in for the entire migration project. Project details below: 1. Booking & Payment System Migration Review existing booking and payment setup in Fresha. Transfer client database including: Contact information Appointment history Payment records (if available/exportable) Set up GHL booking calendar(s) for different services (e.g., massage, wellness consults). Enable payment integrations within GHL (Square). Ensure appointment reminders and confirmations are active and custom-branded. Train team on using GHL booking features. 2. Workflow Automation Build end-to-end client automation workflows for: New client onboarding Appointment confirmations and reminders Follow-up messages (e.g., feedback requests or rebooking prompts) Internal staff notifications for new bookings Create lead capture automation (form/web form > nurture sequence > booking). Use GHL's pipeline features to track leads, clients, and service status. 3. My partner and I run a small hobby farm and are looking for someone to help us build a simple, warm, rustic-style website.
