The property is already furnished and relatively clean. Most of the work involves final setup, styling and a few basic handyman tasks. Tasks should be completed in a solid 4 hours, looking for someone efficient. Tasks include: Click & Collect (approx. 1 hour): Pick up prepaid orders from Kmart Southport, Woolworths Southport and BIG W Runaway Bay. Unpacking and organising: Unpack household products, bedding, kitchenware and décor, and put everything in its proper place. Basic handyman work: Wall-mount one living room TV and hang three multi-piece artwork sets across the living room and bedrooms. Property styling: Make beds, arrange cushions, throws, artwork, décor and furnishings to create an attractive, photo-ready presentation. Light cleaning: Wipe surfaces, tidy rooms, remove packaging and ensure the property looks spotless for photography. Final checks: Store spare items neatly, ensure everything is organised and send photos/videos of the completed rooms. Requirements: Must be good communicator, clear and willing to speak via video call. Experience with property setup, furniture styling or preparation preferred. Confident with TV mounting and hanging artwork. Must bring own tools, including a drill, level and suitable wall fixings. Own vehicle with sufficient space for the collections. There is nothing big, the biggest things are quilts. Reliable, efficient and able to work independently with minimal supervision, although I will be doing video call with you throughout. Good attention to detail and a strong eye for presentation. The goal is to have the property looking beautiful and ready for tomorrow afternoon's photoshoot. Please confirm your availability, relevant experience and whether you have the tools required.
