Create 4 editable think-cell charts across 2 PowerPoint slides I’m looking for someone experienced in financial analysis specifically think-cell consulting-style PowerPoint presentations to build four charts across two existing slides. You must have think-cell version 11 or later installed. The slides cover Australian superannuation investment platforms: • Slide 1: Platform administration fees and how pricing spreads have changed over time. • Slide 2: Technology investment required to remain competitive. I will provide: • Two PowerPoint slides with chart mock-ups showing the required layout. • Two Excel workbooks containing all chart data. • Existing slide wording, colours and formatting. Your task: • Build all four charts in think-cell using the supplied data. • Match the mock-ups and the deck’s existing style. • Make labels, legends, axes and annotations clear and readable. • Keep all charts fully editable in think-cell. • Return the completed PowerPoint file. This is a chart-building and formatting task only. No research, new calculations, sourcing or rewriting is required. Please flag any ambiguity in the supplied data before making changes. When applying, please confirm your think-cell version, relevant experience and turnaround time. Examples of similar consulting-style charts would be helpful.

I’m looking for a qualified and experienced investment professional who can help me build a strong, well-diversified investment portfolio focused on stocks and ETFs. My goal is to develop a disciplined, long-term investment strategy that prioritises sustainable growth, diversification, and sensible risk management. I’m not interested in short-term gains, day trading, or trying to time the market. Instead, I want to focus on building wealth steadily over the long term. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who can: Help design a diversified portfolio aligned with my long-term financial goals and risk tolerance. Provide professional guidance on stock and ETF selection and portfolio allocation. Develop a clear, structured, and evidence-based investment strategy. Help me maintain discipline and avoid emotional investment decisions. Review and rebalance the portfolio when necessary. I’m looking for someone who takes a professional, transparent, and research-driven approach, with a strong focus on long-term wealth creation rather than quick profits. Requirements: Relevant qualifications and proven experience in investment management or financial advice. Appropriate Australian Financial Services (AFS) authorisation to provide personal financial advice, where required. Willingness to provide ASIC registration details and relevant professional credentials for verification. A clear explanation of your investment philosophy, services, and fee structure. I’m keen to work with someone who understands the importance of patience, consistency, diversification, and disciplined investing. If you have the relevant expertise and can help me develop a solid long-term investment strategy, please get in touch with details of your experience and how you can assist. Thank you!

Hello, I am planning to establish a healthcare staffing solutions business in Melbourne, Victoria, specialising in supplying nurses, aged-care workers and cleaners to residential aged-care facilities and community home-care providers. I am looking for a business consultant who can help me develop a comprehensive business plan, conduct market research, prepare financial projections and guide me through establishing the business. Importantly, I am seeking practical, hands-on assistance with business development, including identifying prospective clients, contacting decision-makers, arranging meetings and helping secure my first client contracts. I would prefer to work with someone who has experience in healthcare staffing, aged-care recruitment or labour-hire businesses, particularly within the Australian market. Could you please let me know: * Whether you offer business planning and business setup support. * Whether you can actively assist with client outreach and acquiring contracts. * Your relevant experience and examples of previous results. * Your pricing, deliverables and engagement structure. I am looking for a practical approach that will help me establish the business and secure my first clients, rather than simply producing a written business plan. I'm willing to pay $80 hourly. This is also negotiable. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards

$40 / hour I’m looking for someone with experience selling clothing online to help me photograph, research and list 25-30 clothing items on Depop. You’ll need to come to my home and: • Take high-quality, well-lit photos of each item, showing the overall look, details, labels and condition. Using your own phone camera. • Where possible, find the original professional product photos from the brand’s website or reputable retailers to include in the listing. • Research each item and comparable resale listings on Depop and other platforms, and recommend an appropriate asking price. • Write compelling, accurate descriptions that highlight the item’s best features, include relevant search terms and honestly disclose any wear/flaws. • Create and publish the listings on my Depop account. I’m looking for someone detail-oriented and efficient, with experience selling clothing online, who can take the process from photography through to finished, published listings.
