Updated description for clarity. Handyman required for minor restoration of rendering on brick walls e.g. various patches of deteriorated areas near ground line - approx. 2sq metres in total. Also, window waterproofing required in areas where window base and beading has deteriorated for max 10 windows. Final element of task is to paint the repaired rendered areas as well as paint touch up for repaired window areas. Mortar, paint, etc,.. supplied. Duration (as opposed to effort) of work is max 2 days due to need to allow drying of render and window areas prior to painting. Availability for commencement of work is Wed 29 & Thu 30 Oct or any time after 12 Nov 25.

I am seeking a detailed quotation on behalf of my grandmother for the supply and installation of a bathroom cabinet with vanity basin and tapware, Scope of Works Install Vanity & Basin - Freestanding cabinet sized to fit within the available alcove (approx. 750cm wide x 48–69 cm deep x 750 cm high). - Concept preference: modern, white finish cabinet with drawers, fitted with a round above-counter basin -Mixer tapware in chrome or stainless finish. -Connect hot and cold supply lines (currently capped). -Connect waste outlet to existing floor waste. - Supply and fit new tapware (basin mixer or cross taps with spout, depending on design recommendation). - Floor preparation for freestanding cabinet installation, including leveling if required. - Wall preparation behind already removed vanity (damaged render and exposed brick/pipework is the current state will require patching to ensure a flush finish for cabinet installation). - Allow for any waterproofing touch-ups as required by regulations. - Removal of remaining adhesive/residue from previous tiles to ensure smooth mounting surface. -Install and seal tapware and waste fittings. - Ensure all visible gaps are siliconed/sealed neatly for waterproofing and aesthetics. Additional Notes - Existing power point is adjacent to vanity location (shown in photos). Please advise if relocation or compliance upgrades are necessary. - Please itemize labour, materials, plumbing connections, floor/wall prep, and disposal of old materials in the quotation. •If available, please also provide lead times for supply and installation.

Looking to get old edwardian house with previous exterior (stucco)converted interior kitchen/laundry room area given a cement render overlay for painting. Multiple walls and ceiling need to be rendered. Rest of the house will also need some patching (plaster) and fixes to slimline cracks and to be painted afterwards - but looking at the kitchen/laundry area initially.
