Hi! I’m getting married in Sydney on Friday, 20 August 2027 and I’m looking for a on-the-day wedding coordinator. Our ceremony will be at St Benedict’s Catholic Church in Chippendale at 2:00 PM, followed by our reception at Watersedge. I’m looking for someone who can coordinate the whole day across both locations, from setup at the church through to the reception. Could you please send me your packages, pricing and what’s included for on the day coordination? Thank you! 😊

We are looking for an experienced wedding coordinator/planner to assist us in the lead-up to, and on the day of, our wedding on Saturday, 7 November 2026. We have already organised most of our major vendors, so we are not looking for a full-service wedding planner. We need someone to help coordinate everything in the final weeks and take charge of the logistics on the day. Wedding schedule: • Ceremony: 10am–2pm at The Madison, Dural • Photos: Fagan Park after the ceremony • Reception: from 6pm at Navarra, Lilyfield Lead-up assistance: • Liaise with and coordinate our wedding vendors • Confirm arrival times, setup requirements and logistics • Consolidate vendor contacts and prepare a detailed run sheet • Coordinate timings between the ceremony, photos and reception • Identify and resolve any potential logistical issues before the day • Provide general guidance and coordination in the final few weeks On the wedding day: • Act as the main point of contact for our vendors • Coordinate vendor arrivals, setup and transitions • Keep the day running according to schedule • Coordinate the transition from Dural → Fagan Park → Navarra • Liaise with the venues, DJ, photographer, entertainment and other suppliers • Ensure key reception events run on time • Troubleshoot any issues that arise so we can enjoy the day without worrying about logistics We are looking for someone highly organised, proactive, calm under pressure and experienced in coordinating weddings across multiple locations. Ideally, you will have strong communication skills and be comfortable taking ownership of the day and dealing directly with vendors. Budget: approx. $800-$1000, depending on experience and the level of lead-up assistance required. Please include your relevant experience, availability on 7 November 2026, what your service includes, and your proposed fee. We'd love to find someone who can take the stress out of the final weeks and ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day!

We’re looking for a female model/content creator for a paid Spring/Summer lifestyle shoot for Eva Jean Collective, a women’s fashion brand. We’re creating fresh content for our new Spring/Summer range and are looking for a real, relatable woman who feels natural and confident in front of the camera. We want beautiful, effortless lifestyle imagery rather than a traditional high-fashion shoot. We’re looking for: • Approximately AU size 12–14 • Sydney-based • Natural and confident in front of the camera • Comfortable being photographed and filmed • Able to pose naturally and bring movement/personality to the clothing • Modelling, fashion content or UGC experience preferred • Comfortable with multiple outfit changes • Able to arrive camera-ready with your own natural, polished hair and makeup The shoot will be approximately 3–4 hours at a Sydney location. Eva Jean Collective will provide and style all clothing. We’ll be capturing a mix of lifestyle fashion photography and short-form video, including full-length looks, detail shots, natural/candid imagery and Reel-style footage. No posting to your own social media is required and follower count is not important. Budget: $300 for up to 4 hours. This is a commercial brand shoot. The successful applicant will sign a model release, with the agreed fee including ongoing commercial usage of the images and videos by Eva Jean Collective across our website, social media, digital/email marketing, paid advertising and other brand/promotional material. When applying, please include your clothing size, height, recent photos/full-length photo, Instagram or portfolio (if available), and any relevant experience. Potential for ongoing paid shoots if it’s a great fit.

Looking for a DJ for our wedding reception (4 hours) on 29 November in Sydney. We’ll have a playlist/some specific songs we’d like played, but we’re also looking for someone who can read the room and keep the dance floor going, rather than just playing through a set playlist. We’d prefer songs to be mixed/shortened rather than always playing full songs while people are dancing. We’re also potentially interested in having live acoustic music/singing during our short ceremony, so we’re open to someone who can offer a DJ + live acoustic/singer combo. Please get in touch with your pricing - thanks! Date: 29 November Location: the rocks, Sydney Ceremony: Short ceremony around 3:45pm Reception: Approx. 5:15pm–9:15pm
