This is not a standard "mow and go" job; it requires specific selective herbicides and long-term weed management. Part 1: Front Lawn (~150 sqm, slight slope) - Mow & Edge: Mow and a neat cut and edge along all borders and the driveway. - The Weeds: The lawn has an aggressive, established infestation of Nutgrass, Paspalum/Crowsfoot clumps, and Burr Medic (yellow woodsorrel). - Treatments Required: * Targeted spray for the Nutgrass (you must use a dedicated product like Sedgehammer, Tempra, or similar). - Selective herbicide for the Paspalum and Burr Medic that will not kill the underlying grass (e.g., Bow and Arrow). - Application of a Plant Growth Regulator (PGR) to slow down the summer growth surge. Part 2: Hardstands (Driveway Pavers, Pebbled Side Path, Concrete Steps) - Clear & Prep: Whipper-snip the overgrown weeds in the paver cracks, pebbled side path, and concrete steps right down to the surface level. Blow away all chopped debris. - Long-Term Treatment: Apply a heavy-duty "Path Weeder" (a non-selective knockdown like Glyphosate combined with a residual pre-emergent like Simazine) to kill the roots and prevent new seeds from germinating in the cracks for up to 12 months. Requirements for Tasker: - You must have professional-grade spraying equipment. - Generic 'Weed and Feed' will not be accepted for the lawn, as it has already failed to control these weeds. - Please explicitly state which chemicals you intend to use for both the lawn and the hardstands in your offer.
