I need a scaled floor plan and site plan prepared for a small commercial shop expansion in Nedlands. The drawings will be used for a Development Application with the City of Nedlands Council. What I need: • Existing floor plan (based on photos/measurements I provide). • Proposed floor plan (showing new layout of kitchen + shopfront). • Site plan (showing shop in relation to property boundaries and parking). • Scaled and labelled in a format acceptable for council lodgement (PDF or DWG). • Bonus if you can also prepare elevations (shopfront signage, façade changes). Requirements: • Experience with architectural drafting / town planning drawings. • Must provide accurate, to-scale drawings suitable for council submission.
