Looking for an experienced plasterer, carpenter, or interior fit-out specialist to complete the internal walls, insulation, and ceiling lining for a newly erected 36sqm granny flat in Fremantle. The building is a steel-framed structure with a flat skillion roof. The concrete slab is poured and the exterior shell is up. We need a professional finish, fully flushed and sanded, ready for paint. Scope of Work: Internal Framing: Supply and install internal stud walls (timber or steel) to partition off the bedroom and bathroom from the main living space. Insulation: Install insulation batts into the external walls, internal partition walls, and ceiling. Note: This is a raked ceiling with no roof cavity, so ceiling insulation goes directly between the roof purlins. Gyprock / Plasterboard: Hang plasterboard to all walls and the ceiling. Must use proper wet-area lining (like Aquachek or Villaboard) in the bathroom/shower zone. Finishing: Tape, flush, and sand all joints and corners to a professional, paint-ready standard. Key Details: Total Size: 36sqm footprint. Frame Type: Steel frame. Access: Easy site access with space for materials. Timing: Looking to lock in the right person now so you can start as soon as the plumbing and electrical rough-ins are signed off. Please note in your offer whether your quote is for Labor Only (I supply materials) or Supply and Install (You supply all Gyprock, tracking, batts, and compound). Must have your own tools, steps/scaffolding, and a proven track record of quality plastering work. Floor plans can be provided upon request.

Hi, I need a professional audio-visual installer or licensed electrician to install a pair of Lithe Audio IP44-rated 4" Compact Bluetooth In-Ceiling Speakers (one active master, one passive slave) in my master bedroom. Task details: Cut two holes in the plasterboard ceiling for the 4" speakers.Connect the active speaker to constant power in the ceiling cavity so it stays on independently of the light switches. Note: There is a live lighting and exhaust fan circuit in the immediate ceiling cavity/ensuite that you can tap into for a permanent active feed.Run the included speaker cable between the master speaker and the passive speaker through the ceiling cavity.Mount both speakers flush into the ceiling and test the Bluetooth audio connection.Please bring your own tools, drywall cutter, and any standard electrical consumables needed. I have a 1974 Mercedes 450SL. It is in the original "Red Metallic" acrylic paint (571M). The paint has not faded because it was resprayed about 10+ years ago and garaged. I would like to get rectification work, not a total respray as 95% of the vehicle is excellent. There are around 8 areas that require attention, 1 x flaking paint, 5 x small thumb-sized dents, 2 x chipping. Needs to be finished in a 2k clear coat. You can inspect and quote your own price if you are interested. You need to be a professional spray painter and have your own workshop. I can drop the car off. I also want the underside of the front bonnet sprayed, so this area would be an excellent place to check your colour matching if you need to. The vehicle is currently getting some transmission work done. It should be available to start in a fortnight. I am based in Melbourne, so a Victorian location would be best.

Require a few patch jobs inside the house, cutting ruined plaster (leaks now fixed) out and fixing / painting. Repair man hole edges, one from an old roof leak and about 10 or so old screw pairs in walls from old curtain rails. Also wondering pricing on painting outdoor fence in matching colourbond.
