Scope of work: • Finish the gyprock/plasterboard walls and ceiling properly (patch, tape, sand, and make it smooth and paint-ready). • Build custom bookshelves, toy bins, and open/closed shelving units to maximise the space. • Create a safe, durable, and child-friendly storage solution that looks fantastic and is built to last. • Any necessary framing, fixing, or detailing to turn this into a proper little play nook. I want this done right – no half-measures, no visible dodgy joins, no rushed workmanship. I’m after someone who genuinely hates crap craftsmanship and takes real pride in what they do. Clean lines, solid construction, and attention to detail are non-negotiable. The space is under a staircase (standard height tapering down), roughly [add your approximate dimensions if known, e.g. 2m wide x 1.5m deep at tallest point]. I’ll supply materials or we can discuss sourcing together. Stairwell is being installed and we need someone to be instructed by the stair team to make the head room and necessary cutting to the floor safely across a 2 day window. Measurements have been done and it is up to the direction of the stair designer now. He needs a qualified builder / highly qualified carpenter to help complete job. Details Scope of work includes: • Cut a bigger hole in existing floor and build in old floor hole (as per plan) • Owner to supply flooring to match existing • Remove existing linen cupboard • Patch wall ready for paint • Build new wall under new stair with a new door • Plaster ready for paint (painting not included) • All materials and labour supplied, rubbish removed I do not have measurements - the staircase installer has it. Please ensure evidence of insurance / Clean QBCC record of activation / Builders Licence and along term valid ABN is active. This is not a risk I am willing to look past.

I am preparing my Mum's 2014 Mitsubishi ASX for a private sale as she has moved into residential care and need a localised rust spot repaired. I am looking for a practical driveway repair. I am not expecting flawless - I just need a clean, honest patch job to stop the rust and make the car presentable for sale. The Job: - Grind/sand back the rust spot to bare metal. - Treat with rust converter. - Apply automotive filler and block-sand it smooth and flush with the panel. - Prime, paint, and apply clear coat (blending as best as possible). Materials: I will supply the exact factory colour-matched aerosol spray can and clear coat. You will need to bring your own sander/sandpaper, masking tape, rust converter, primer, and body filler. Ideally looking for an apprentice panel beater, retired professional, or someone with proven DIY experience in automotive bodywork. Please briefly mention your experience when making an offer!
