Hi, Currently in the finishing stages of bathroom renovation. I need mud and taping to be done in a few inside corners so I can get on with patching, priming and painting the ceiling. Taping is out of my abilities, especially since one of the corners is a 3-way and they also need to be square set as there's no cornice being used here. Total of x 3 inside corners for mudding and taping: - LHS Ceiling to RHS Ceiling (~1.45m join). - LHS Ceiling to wall (~1.9m join). - RHS Ceiling to wall (~1.9m join). The bathroom has cathedral ceilings and the ceiling is plasterboard/gyprock and the wall is villaboard. Note that this is existing plasterboard/villaboard which had cracking and peeling tape due to nail pops in the ceiling. I've gone and screwed and secured the plasterboard and removed as much of the existing cracked tape/mud as I could. Not sure if you need to do any prep work before mudding and taping. I'm happy to sand afterwards myself, just want a really good taping and mud job done If you can use fibafuse instead of paper tape in the corners, even better. I've got some tools here which you're welcome to use: - Ladders. - Various Taping Knifes, Pan and Hawk. Payment will be made in person (cash) upon satisfactory completion of work. Two front doors need repairing if possible, they were clearly never sealed on bottom edge and have over time swollen from water, these doors appear to be put together by skin of about 5-6mm either side of a solid panel, just wondering if part of the bottom edge of the skin coat could be cut out and a new replacement 5-6mm panel section put back in, so not the entire skin but maybe a 10cm section?

Hi there, I'm looking for a carpenter or builder who can custom-make floating corner shelves, similar to the style in the image attached. I've also included detailed plans with measurements and a suggested construction method — the design aims to keep costs down by avoiding large curved timber sheets. The wall is standard gyprock, and we’re happy to use pine or whatever timber is most affordable, as the shelves will be painted. We need six shelves in total. They’re only holding lightweight cardboard boxes, so they don’t need to support heavy loads. The shelves are for a showroom installation in Melbourne at the end of July. We’re based in WA and can arrange transport, but ideally, you’re based in Victoria. I also need some custom tables made for the space, so if you’re able to help with both, even better — I’d love to work with the same person across everything. Thanks! Claire
