Looking for a skilled handyman, cabinet maker, or kitchen renovator to carry out cosmetic repairs and upgrades to an existing kitchen. The goal is to refresh the space through minor repairs, repainting, hardware replacement, and a new benchtop install. 1. Joinery Painting • Sand, prep, and repaint all kitchen cupboard and pantry doors (approx. 20–25 fronts including drawers and tall cabinet doors) • Use a durable 2-pack or laminate-specific paint in a satin or semi-gloss white finish • Paint both sides of each door and exposed cabinet panels • Ensure smooth, streak-free finish with appropriate primer and top coat 2. Cabinet Door Repairs • Rehang and realign broken/misaligned cabinet doors • Replace damaged or missing hinges as needed (prefer soft-close if budget permits) • Adjust doors for correct gaps and function 3. New Handles • Replace all existing handles with brushed gold handles (approx. 22 pieces) • Fill old screw holes if new handles have different centres • Supply or install handles with 128mm or similar hole centres (can confirm once final handle selected) 4. Benchtop Replacement (Quote 2 Options) • Remove and dispose of existing laminated benchtop • Quote supply and install for both: • Option A: Timber-look laminate benchtop • Option B: Stone-look laminate or engineered stone benchtop • Cutouts required for: • Existing cooktop and double sink • Reseal edges and ensure caulking around sink/cooktop is neat and waterproof ⸻ Site Notes • Site access is flexible (located in a residential home) • Kitchen approx. 3.6m x 2.4m U-shape • Floor and splashback tiling will remain as is ⸻ Requirements • Must have own tools and materials • Must have experience with cabinetry/joinery finishes • Please include: • Examples of past kitchen refurbishments (if available) • Estimated timeframe to complete the job • Breakdown of materials vs. labour costs • Whether you’re able to source handles and benchtop or prefer them client-supplied

It’s an old 3 level unit complex. My apartment sits in the middle. Both plaster ceiling definitely has enough ceiling space. Both has windows, both has vent grille, both have red brick vents, but don’t seemed work, still has paint peeling, so thinking putting an exhaust fan in each bathroom (main + ensuite), hope that will improve the situation. Install 2 Bathroom exhaust fan (main + ensuite) + replace both existing rusty oyster light with new light fixtures. (main + ensuite) Currently there aren’t any exhaust fans so need wholes to be cut. I supply the exhaust fans,lights.
