Description Looking for an experienced caulker or bathroom resealing specialist to fully remove and replace the silicone in my ensuite shower. Scope of work: • Shower base size: 1450mm × 850mm • Remove all existing silicone between the shower base and the floor cement sheet (2 sides) • Remove silicone/grout between the shower base and wall tiles (2 sides) • Clean all joins thoroughly (scraper + silicone remover) • Ensure surfaces are dry and prepped before resealing • Apply mould‑resistant, wet area, neutral cure, sanitary silicone with a clean, professional finish • Remove and replace silicone along the base and wall join of the frameless glass shower screen (1450mm fixed panel + 850mm fixed panel + door) with mould‑resistant, wet area, neutral cure, sanitary silicone with a clean, professional finish. • Current silicone has mould underneath. Important: • Must remove silicone back to clean substrate — not just skim over • Must have experience with bathroom/shower resealing • Please bring all tools and materials • Photos of previous silicone work appreciated Access: Standard ensuite, easy access. I’m looking for an experienced plasterer / acoustic installer to retrofit soundproofing to one internal wall in a clinical psychology practice, where speech privacy and confidentiality are essential. Scope Materials need to be provided by you. • Build new internal wall/frame against an existing party wall • Wall width approx 3.0 metres (ceiling height to be confirmed on site) • Install R2.7 SHD high-density acoustic insulation batts (~28 kg/m³) • Install double layer 13 mm Gyprock Soundchek plasterboard • Acoustic sealant to all perimeters and penetrations • Set and sand ready for paint Important • This wall adjoins a neighbouring tenancy • There are existing power points on this wall – installer must be experienced with acoustic treatment around electrical penetrations (back-boxing / sealing) • Please confirm whether electrical work is included or excluded Requirements • Proven experience with acoustic walls / soundproof plasterboard • Ability to advise on framing and decoupling approach • Clean, professional work suitable for a clinical environment. Site visit preferred prior to final pricing. Please include examples of similar acoustic or soundproofing work when responding.
