Areas to be painted: Living room (3.6m x 4.8m, 3.8m ceilings) Dining room (5.0m x 3.8m, 3.0m ceilings) Rear bedroom 1 (3.8m x 3.8m, 3.0m ceilings) Rear bedroom 2 (3.8m x 4.9m, 3.8m ceilings) Hallway (1.5m x 9.3m, 3.8m ceilings) Total paintable area ≈ 393 m² Scope includes: Minor prep, filling and sanding of cracks. Painting walls, ceilings, 1 x decorative ceiling rose, doors and door frames, architraves, skirting boards and window trims The house currently has various cream, green and pink colours throughout. Looking to paint everything in a fresh neutral white (walls, ceilings, trims and doors). Like Dulex Natural White. Also to note the walls have an existing painted orange-peel/textured finish. I am looking to repaint the existing finish only and am not seeking wall smoothing, skim coating or replastering. See image below, also I think the largest crack. Thanks

Need a garage ceiling hung, i have framed it out ready to hang sheets, it is 6m x 6m roughly. I have 5 sheets @2.4m and 5 sheets @ 3.6m to stagger joins. Need someone that is capable, can use their brain and do a neat job. Will need to support garage motor while hanging and then screw motor back up thru plaster. As i wont be there to make sure its done right. Need someone that knows what they are doing and can problem solve as well. All materials and screws are there ready to go, just need you to supply stop up material. No cornice, just nice and tight to the walls and give me a square set finish or close to. Cheers

CARPENTER NEEDED — internal wall frame, plasterboard, insulation + pre-hung door install (supply and install) Looking for an experienced carpenter to supply all materials and build one internal partition wall from scratch, including a pre-hung door. This is a full supply-and-install job. Please provide an itemised quote — **materials and labour separately**. ________________________________________ Scope of Work: 1. Wall Frame • One internal stud wall: 3.65m wide × 2.45m high • 70×35mm MGP10 pine framing • Studs at 450mm centres • Top plate, bottom plate, and noggins included • Wall spans full width of room, fixed to existing walls both ends • Ground floor is timber flooring 2. We need help sanding, priming and painting 2 walls and around the rims of 2 windows from blue to white, and also the inside of 2 wardrobes from cream to white. Reference pictures provided except for inside the wardrobes, I do not have pictures of that unfortunately. We will provide the top coat paint but would appreciate if you can please provide all other materials/equipment required to sand, prime and paint the required areas (eg primer, sandpaper, rollers, etc). Please also let us know how many days you need for this job to be completed.

Remove laundry taps. Cut existing pipes shorter. Permanently seal pipes so can be concealed in wall cavity. Patch drywall to cover pipes. See photos with approx measurements. Must be able to do the job so that the patched hole does not effect the existing bench top and can be covered by new splash back (height shown in photo).
