Plumber required for ensuite installation - vanity, shower and separate bath. I have all the fittings and the work will need to be certified. All areas of the room/house are accessible (high-set house and the ensuite ceiling and plaster board walls have been removed). I will have some other plumbing work to be done in the near future and my brother and another mate will also require a plumber for their upcoming renos, so please let me know your hourly rate. Seeking a plasterer to tape and mud some seams, internal and external corners in 2 small bathrooms. First coat/s have been completed on most walls but due to timing of trades, we're wanting assistance to complete the plastering. Specifically, tape and mud 1 seam, sand and apply final coat to other walls, to fix 1 length and to do some corner work as well as a small cornice on a nib wall (we have saved the old piece if you would like to reuse it).

I have a 1974 Mercedes 450SL. It is in the original "Red Metallic" acrylic paint (571M). The paint has not faded because it was resprayed about 10+ years ago and garaged. I would like to get rectification work, not a total respray as 95% of the vehicle is excellent. There are around 8 areas that require attention, 1 x flaking paint, 5 x small thumb-sized dents, 2 x chipping. Needs to be finished in a 2k clear coat. You can inspect and quote your own price if you are interested. You need to be a professional spray painter and have your own workshop. I can drop the car off. I also want the underside of the front bonnet sprayed, so this area would be an excellent place to check your colour matching if you need to. The vehicle is currently getting some transmission work done. It should be available to start in a fortnight. I am based in Melbourne, so a Victorian location would be best.

I’m looking for an experienced handyman / flat-pack assembler to build and paint a children’s outdoor timber cubby house at my home in Camp Hill, Brisbane. The cubby is the Marlie cubby house and comes with a manufacturer assembly manual. It is a fairly detailed flat-pack build with multiple timber panels, roof/window pieces, fixings and screws, so I’m looking for someone who has experience assembling outdoor cubbies, play equipment or similar flat-pack timber structures. Scope of work: Unpack and check parts against the instruction manual Fully assemble the cubby house according to the manufacturer’s instructions Ensure the cubby is level, sturdy and safe for children Secure/anchor the cubby if required or recommended Apply 1 coat of primer/undercoat and 2 coats of white paint to the cubby house Advise if any additional ground preparation, pavers, timber base or anchors are required Remove/stack packaging neatly once complete

Aluminium blades must NOT be media blasted — chemical stripping only. Strip powder coat from 2 steel housing sets; steel housings may be media blasted or chemically stripped. No repainting required. Parts will be delivered to the tradesperson's workshop. Please confirm availability, lead time, estimated cost for chemical stripping (specify whether chemical-only or blasting for housings), and any collection requirements if needed.

Wanting quotes only as roof repairs to be completed first, that has caused water damage. Itemized quote needed for removing and replacing plaster ceiling in two bedrooms, then to prep it and paint with undercoat/prime then two coats, & will also require the cornices to be replaced. Both ceilings are low only 240cm from ground. Main bedroom is 3.7x 3.6 total area to be done Second bedroom is 2.7x 4.50 total area to be done There is also one wall where a section of water damage has occurred and will need replacing and painting size of this wall is 2.4x4.5. Please let me know if you can provide quotes only, for these items thanks.
