Looking for a skilled handyman who can come and take down my Murphy Bed and cabinet that will be going into storage. It doesn't need to be taken apart completely but it just needs to be removed so it's easy enough to transport. I guess to the storage it's not really that complicated. It's a pretty solid frame. I just personally don't know how to get it out of the wall and it would be great if you also have the skills to properly patch the couple of holes in the wall as well. I have matching paint already and some plaster, but I'd rather a professional does it so there's no issues. Would also be happy to discuss for an additional fee a couple of other patch jobs like where my TV is for example I'll need to patch that once I remove the bracket And also, if you have someone who could assist you and a suitable sized truck I will also be looking for someone to transport the Murphy Bed and a small very light shed that I have into a storage unit somewhere. I'm not sure where yet but it'll be somewhere close by these things 100% aren't necessary for the job, but it would be great if I can find someone that could do everything of course but just even the handy stuff alone as long as you can take it down and make sure it's ready and safe to transport that would be enough but if you have the means to transport it for me as well even better the price offered is obviously just for the removal of the Murphy Bed and the patching the wall anything additional I'd be happy to discuss the extra fee thanks so much

Small plasterboard damage on internal wall. The roller blind chain safety clip pulled out and tore the gyprock, there are cracks and small hole on the wall. Work required: 1. Properly patch and fill the damaged plasterboard area, sand it completely smooth. 2. Touch‑up paint with existing white wall colour, finish ready for rental inspection. 3. Re‑install the roller blind chain safety clip to a new undamaged spot on the wall, DO NOT fix it back onto the repaired hole. 4. Clean up after work. Please bring all your own tools and materials. Photos are attached. Looking for fixed‑price quote.

Scope of Work Jib stop/plaster all new plasterboard joins and internal corners. Supply and install 90mm cove cornice. Apply all required plaster coats. Sand all surfaces smooth. Leave all walls and cornices ready for painting. I need a certified electrician to get a new ceiling fan installed in the living room: - location in the middle of the 4 light spots ideally (See photo, but I guess it depends on the position of the frame under the drywall ceiling?) - I provide the fan but I don't know yet if it will have a wireless remote (which I guess simplify the wiring) or a wall remote. => happy to discuss budget for each scenario.
