Will consist of 7x patches approximately 600mm x 250mm. Will be installing noggins to support 2 dress racks in a store on Friday & will need the plaster patched ready to paint. Will install the noggins on Friday afternoon, preferably someone apply 1st coat Friday late afternoon, Saturday and Sunday if required. Will only need someone set and sand these 7no patches. Plasterboard will be installed ready to go.

Hey guys, I require walls, ceilings, architraves and skirtings to my living/kitchen area painted. The area is 10m x 4m with small nook. I will provide the paint which is Dulux Antique White USA for the walls and ceilings and have Resene gloss enamel for the skirting, doors and architraves. Behind the TV will require some patching of holes in gyprock. Although I have some drop sheets, brushes and rollers it would be best to bring what you have. Two coats of paint should be fine.

I require a licensed builder, commercial fit-out contractor, architect, or experienced trades professional to provide a written estimate of works completed in a retail shop located at Liverpool, NSW. This estimate is required as supporting evidence for a NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) matter. No physical work is required. I only need a professional estimate of the reasonable market cost of the works that were carried out.
