I am looking for an experienced painter to paint one room used 100% as a business space. Scope of work • Paint approx 25m² room • Ceiling and trims included • Repair and prepare wall cracks before painting (see photos). Repair and prepare wall cracks and previously patched areas before painting (see attached photos). including old fixed bumps, removal of loose plaster, full repair, sanding, and painting. • One undercoat and two top coats • Walls are currently coloured and will be repainted in a similar colour • Proper preparation, sanding and cleaning of the paint drops, professional finish expected Materials • Paint and materials will be supplied by me • Painter to supply tools and equipment Photos • Photos of the room and wall cracks are attached Other details • Please include preparation and clean-up • I will require a receipt or invoice for accounting purposes • Please confirm your availability and experience No hidden or additional fees will be accepted. Airtasker service fees are not included and will not be paid by me. Materials supplied by me The following materials will be provided and are sufficient for the scope of work: • Undercoat paint: 4 L • Wall paint: 8 L • Sandpaper (assorted grits) • Fibreglass mesh tape • Filler / joint compound • Paint trays: 2 • Paint rollers: 2 (one for wall colour, one for ceiling) • Masking tape • Ladder suitable for internal painting • Extension pole for ceiling work • Cleaning supplies: mop, bucket, water with detergent Note on quantities The above quantities are adequate for: • One undercoat • Two top coats • Wall crack repairs and preparation • Walls, ceiling, and trims Tasker responsibilities • Tasker must supply all professional tools and personal equipment required • I am not responsible for any painter’s tools, equipment, or consumables not listed above

I’m looking for a qualified and experienced handyman to repair a 2 meter cosmetic crack in a plaster/drywall wall in my bathroom. Scope of work includes: • Assessing and repairing a cosmetic crack in drywall/plaster • Supplying all tools, equipment and materials required for the repair (e.g. filler/compound, tape if required, sanding materials, drop sheets, etc.) • Preparing the surface properly so the repair is smooth and flush with the existing wall • Painting over the repaired area so it blends seamlessly with the surrounding wall I already have the matching paint from the original supplier, which will be provided. Important notes: • This is a cosmetic repair, not structural • Bathroom environment, so experience with moisture-prone areas is important • The finish must be neat, smooth and unnoticeable once painted Requirements: Proven experience with plaster/drywall repairs Own tools and materials Attention to detail with painting and finishing Availability to complete the job in one visit where possible Please include details of your experience and similar jobs you’ve completed.
