We are seeking a reliable subcontract photographer for frequent ongoing client assignments. The ideal subcontractor must have proven professional photography experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating consistent quality across events, portraits, commercial, or lifestyle work. Applicants must own professional-grade camera equipment, lenses, lighting, backup batteries, memory cards, and editing software suitable for delivering high-quality results. The subcontractor must be punctual, well presented, and capable of working independently while following detailed creative briefs and client expectations. Strong communication skills are essential, as the photographer will represent our business professionally on-site and maintain a positive client experience at all times. Reliable transport is required, along with flexibility to travel to different locations and accept regular bookings, including occasional short-notice assignments. Fast turnaround times are important, with the ability to deliver RAW files or edited high-resolution images within agreed deadlines. The subcontractor must have invoicing capability, preferably hold an ABN, and be willing to sign a subcontractor agreement covering confidentiality, client protection, and work standards. Direct solicitation of assigned clients is not permitted. Consistency, reliability, attention to detail, and long-term availability are highly valued, as frequent work will be offered to the right professional.
