Experienced Event Photographer – HIMAA National Conference (29–31 October 2025) - QT Canberra Dates & Times: Wednesday 29 October – 9:00am to 7:30pm Thursday 30 October – 9:00am to 10:00pm Friday 31 October – 8:30am to 2:30pm What’s Involved: Capture high-quality candid and posed photos of delegates, speakers, panel sessions, networking breaks, exhibition area, awards dinner, and social events. Provide a selection of 5 photos for daily use on social media during the conference (quick turnaround preferred). Deliver curated selection of 60-90 high-resolution images post-event. What We Provide: Catering during conference hours. Clear photography brief and shot list. Onsite point of contact for coordination. Parking for all days. Requirements: Own camera and equipment. Ability to work across three full days, including evening function on Thursday at National Museum of Australia (transport provided from QT Canberra).

We are launching a new brow product, which is a combination kit of several items in one kit. Looking for a photographer who can do products and boxes. Ideally with experience with foil to capture the gradient of the gold foil. IMPORTANT: Please share your link to portfolio and studio location.
