I’m looking for an accountant to assist with the ongoing accounting and tax requirements for a discretionary trust (with a corporate trustee) and four individual tax returns. The trust was formed in the last financial year and currently holds only fixed deposits and a share portfolio. There have been no asset sales or CGT events—only dividend income from shares and monthly interest from the fixed deposit. I would like to obtain a quote for the following services: • Trust tax return preparation and lodgment • Trust bookkeeping • Trust distribution resolution • Four individual tax returns • Ongoing email support Trust details: • Dividends are not reinvested • I use NAVEXA to track the share portfolio and regularly update AMIT statements • Bank statements will be provided for interest income Individual details: • One individual with PAYG income and two investment properties • One individual with PAYG income and one investment property • Two individuals of pension age who receive distributions from the trust only Fees can be discussed further once the scope is clear.

I’m looking for a qualified tax accountant to assist with tax lodgement, BAS, and setting up effective accounting systems in Xero for my small allied health business. At the moment I’m feeling quite overwhelmed and anxious about managing the financial side of the business, so I’m hoping to find someone who can not only complete the required tasks but also help me understand best practice and create systems that are easy for me to manage moving forward. What I’m looking for help with: - Tax lodgement and BAS guidance - Reviewing and setting up Xero correctly - Advice on GST practices relevant to allied health services - Establishing clear and simple accounting workflows - General support to ensure everything is compliant and organised Ideally, I’d love to work with someone who: - Is a qualified accountant or registered tax agent - Has experience working with allied health or healthcare businesses - Is comfortable explaining things clearly and helping someone learn the process This may start as a once-off setup/review but could turn into ongoing support if it’s a good fit.
