Lift, Level & Relay Existing Brick Pavers – Approx. 40–45m² Description: Looking for an experienced paver/landscaper to repair and relay approximately 40–45m² of existing brick paving at my villa in Sylvania NSW. The existing paving has become uneven and sunken in several areas. I want the existing bricks lifted and reused, with the whole area properly levelled and relaid to create a neat, even finish. Work required: * Lift existing brick pavers * Remove the existing dark/brown curved feature bricks and replace/blend these areas with matching red bricks * Retain and reuse as many existing bricks as possible * Supply a small quantity of matching replacement bricks where required * Re-level and properly compact the existing base * Supply/add road base if required * Supply and screed new bedding sand * Relay approximately 40–45m² of bricks neatly, preferably maintaining the existing herringbone pattern * Ensure correct levels/fall for drainage away from the villa * Replace any damaged/broken bricks as required * Apply jointing sand and compact the finished paving * Remove any leftover waste/debris I am looking for the paving to be properly repaired rather than simply adding sand underneath the uneven sections. Please bring all required tools/compactor and include labour and required base/sand materials in your offer. Photos attached showing the existing courtyard and the type of finished result I’m after. Please let me know your paving experience and preferably provide photos of similar jobs.

**Looking for a Residential Landscape Architect / Landscape Draftsperson – ACT** I’m looking for an experienced **Landscape Architect or Landscape Draftsperson** who is familiar with **ACT residential landscape requirements and approval standards**. The work will involve taking landscape concepts/designs and developing them into **professional, submission-ready landscape drawings** for residential projects in Canberra. **Scope may include:** * Professional CAD drafting of residential landscape plans * Landscape documentation suitable for **ACT approval/submission requirements** * Planting plans and schedules * Hardscape, paving and surface layouts * Levels, grading and basic drainage considerations * Setbacks, easements and utility/service areas * Dimensions, annotations and construction details where required * Reviewing drawings for compliance with relevant ACT requirements * Revisions where required for approval I’m ideally looking for someone who has **previous experience preparing landscape documentation for ACT residential projects** and understands local planning/development requirements. This could potentially become **ongoing project-based work** for the right person. Looking for an experienced paver/bricklayer to fix paved path running alongside my house. ( Area is 16 m x 1.5 m ) Scope: • Lift and re-lay the affected pavers on a proper sand/base bed • Re-level and re-align edge pavers along garden border • Re-sand joints on completed sections Install edge restraint (steel/aluminium flexible garden edging, to be supplied — happy to purchase from Bunnings) along the garden bed side to stop future movement Materials: I can supply the sand and edging strip if given specs (length/type needed), or tradesperson can supply and I’ll reimburse.
