We need a licensed and insured contractor to pave a small courtyard area in our unit (under strata). The ground is currently a mix of soil and old wood chips. Details: Area size: approx. 5.45m (L) x 2.10m (W) = 11.45m² Site: Unit courtyard (strata property) Access: Limited; through front door (one small step) and via back patio (small section of steps to ground level). On-street parking available. Surface: Requires preparation of base, and installation of new pavers.
