I need a 12.4m² paved area cleaned, repaired and sealed. Work required: * Remove and replace 2 cracked/damaged pavers. I will provide the replacement pavers. * Remove 2 existing bricks and replace with pavers cut to size for a neat fit. * Remove weeds/grass from between pavers and along edges. * Thoroughly clean out existing joints. * Gurney/pressure clean the entire 12.4m² paved area. * Allow pavers to dry before re-sanding. * Re-sand all paver joints with suitable jointing sand. * Apply clear sealer to all pavers. Sealer supplied by me. * Leave the area clean and tidy. Materials: * I will supply the replacement pavers and clear sealer. * Tasker to supply jointing sand and any other consumables. Requirements: * Tasker must have own tools and equipment, including a pressure washer/gurney and suitable tools for cutting and laying pavers. * Experience with paver repairs, pressure cleaning, re-sanding and sealing preferred. All work to be completed neatly and professionally.

There's a small strip which used to have grass on our front driveway that I want replaced with pavers ideally the same or similar as what is there. I would do it myself but the paving arrangement has a small cut strip that I would like to continue as well. I did not have the pavers and I would prefer if someone can source and supply an exact match if possible.

Leveling and replacing sand under pavers in a courtyard area I need a paving/landscaper professional to level and re-lay a number (approx. 30 pavers) pavers in the courtyard area of my café in Leichhardt NSW 2040. The pavers are concrete and SIZE: 40cm x 40cm (see attached Images). Over time the sand base they are levelled on has washed away in areas making the pavers rock and become uneven in spots. The pavers are laid over a concrete slap (that forms the roof of the carpark below) and then the pavers are laid on a sand base which levels them and so the ground is reasonably flat. The pavers are in reasonable order, so the job is to make them level and replace the paving sand under them and to create an even level surface and stop the pavers rocking Cheers Steve

Hi there, I am looking for someone to dismantle, remove, and clean up an old, disused water feature in our backyard. As seen in the photos, the feature consists of a stacked stone/flagstone waterfall section, a small pond basin with standing water/sludge, and associated piping. The base structure feels quite solid and is likely reinforced with concrete underneath. Scope of Work: Careful Dismantling: Dismantle the waterfall structure and carefully stack all large loose rocks/flagstones nearby in the garden for reuse. Do not dispose of these rocks. Break Up & Clear Base: Break up the underlying concrete base, remove the plastic pond basin, and clear out the old piping, water, and sludge. Site Clean-Up & Disposal: Load up and dispose of all concrete pieces, plastic/pipe waste, and green waste/sludge off-site. Clean up the immediate area and level out the ground where it stood. Protect Surrounding Area: Leave the surrounding paving stones intact. Requirements: You will need to bring your own heavy-duty tools (sledgehammer, pry bar, shovel, etc.) and a suitable vehicle/trailer to transport the waste away. Note on Disposal: All debris (except the loose decorative rocks/paving) must be removed.
