Hi, I’m looking for a quote on a full front yard landscaping and fencing. For the fencing I need the existing white picket fence removed and disposed of, replaced with a new white aluminium picket fence at 1.5m height across the full front boundary, with a motorised sliding driveway gate if possible (electric with remotes, solar powered) and a pedestrian gate on one side. For the paving I need ivory travertine rectangular pavers laid across the entire front yard, over the existing concrete pad at the base of the stairs, and step capping on the existing stairs with matching travertine, all with full base prep including excavation, compacted gravel and bedding sand where required, polymeric sand in all joints for weed prevention, and sealed on completion. For the general yard I need all existing lawn and grass removed, landscape fabric under the paver base, and full cleanup and green waste disposal. The fence needs to be completed before paving begins. I’d love for you to come out for a site visit to measure up and provide a detailed quote covering labour and materials. I need a landscaper to clear an under-deck area and install a modern, minimalist path flanked by two raised garden beds. I have attached current photo and mock up of what we are looking for. Scope of Work: 1. Site Clearing: Remove the existing old garden bed/plants on the left side and level the ground across the entire area. 2. My driveway and carport have developed several potholes due to rainwater flow and loss of paver sand. The soil underneath is exposed and soft, causing tyres to sink and shift the surface, especially during wet weather. There are 4 spots that require attention. I’m looking for a temporary fix: Remove loose material and dig out soft soil in affected areas Fill and level potholes using suitable road base / crusher dust (road dust) Compact the base properly using a plate compactor Re-top with thick road dust and compact again for a firm finish Minor reshaping to improve drainage and reduce water pooling (especially under the carport) The aim is to create a compacted, stable surface that can withstand vehicle movement and wet weather conditions.
