We have removed existing pavers in our backyard and are seeking a contractor to complete all preparatory works prior to installation of new pavers. Scope includes: • Site inspection and set-out of paving area • Clearing and disposal of any remaining debris, loose soil, and vegetation • Excavation to required depth to suit new paving system • Supply and installation of subgrade preparation, including compaction of existing soil • Installation of geotextile membrane for weed prevention • Supply, placement, and compaction of road base/sub-base material to required levels • Screeding and levelling to achieve correct falls for drainage (ensure no water pooling) • Installation of edge restraints (if required) to secure paving perimeter • Final surface preparation ready for paver installation (note: paver supply and installation excluded from this scope)

Please ignore the $100 price tag. I require separate quotes for the following: 1. supply and installation of irrigation system and bore pump 2. installation of irrigation system and pump 3. instillation of irrigation system only A plan showing proposed garden and lawn area is attached. The bore is established and connected to power. The site will be levelled and cleared of all debris, ready for paving and landscaping. The attached plan shows the metreage of the borders from which square metreage for sprinklers can be calculated.

Repair clay paving edges and some internal sections, as you can see from the photos (I have now posted, sorry for taking so long) mostly in good condition, however, some edges along the driveway have cracked and continue to crack and so the paving is starting to move, ideally I'd like all concrete paving edges removed and in preference concreted to slab underneath as opposed to placing concreting edges into the garden, however, there will be some of the internal paving that needs lifting to make level with edges again as some of the paving has slumped.
