Looking for an experienced landscaper/paver to transform the backyard area shown in the photo into a neat, low-maintenance paved outdoor space. The area currently has grass/weeds and some existing brick paving. I’d like the lawn/weedy section removed and the area properly prepared and paved so it looks clean and professionally finished and blends nicely with the existing outdoor entertaining area. Scope would ideally include: * Remove grass, weeds and unwanted vegetation * Excavate/level the area as required * Prepare a proper compacted base suitable for paving * Supply and install pavers (happy to discuss paver type/colour and options) * Ensure appropriate levels, drainage and fall away from structures * Neatly integrate paving with the existing brick path, pool/gate area and deck * Edge/cut pavers properly for a professional finish * Remove and dispose of all waste * General tidy-up of the surrounding area when finished Please quote either labour only or labour + materials

36 sqm Outdoor paving for patio area Need levelling and preparation 600x600x20 pavers supplied. Looking for an experienced paver to prepare and pave a 36 sqm outdoor backyard patio area. Scope of work: • Level and prepare the existing area for paving • Ensure appropriate levels and fall for drainage • Prepare the base and bedding layer as required • Lay 600 x 600 x 20 mm outdoor porcelain/concrete pavers • Ensure pavers are properly aligned, level and evenly spaced • Complete cutting around edges and any required obstacles • Finish and clean the area once completed Materials: 600 x 600 x 20 mm pavers will be supplied by me. Please quote for labour and all other materials required for the preparation and installation, including base material, bedding material, edging and any other installation materials. Looking for someone experienced in outdoor patio paving who can deliver a neat, professional finish. Please let me know your availability if you can complete the job with given budget of 1500.

The work will involve taking landscape concepts/designs and developing them into **professional, submission-ready landscape drawings** for residential projects in Canberra. **Scope may include:** * Professional CAD drafting of residential landscape plans * Landscape documentation suitable for **ACT approval/submission requirements** * Planting plans and schedules * Hardscape, paving and surface layouts * Levels, grading and basic drainage considerations * Setbacks, easements and utility/service areas * Dimensions, annotations and construction details where required * Reviewing drawings for compliance with relevant ACT requirements * Revisions where required for approval I’m ideally looking for someone who has **previous experience preparing landscape documentation for ACT residential projects** and understands local planning/development requirements. This could potentially become **ongoing project-based work** for the right person.
