Hi there, We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Airtasker to prepare the ground and install rubber mat flooring under a newly built kids cubby house. Scope of work includes: • Remove and dispose of existing grass/turf in the cubby area • Excavate to appropriate depth • Supply and lay road base / crusher dust (or similar) • Compact and level base properly • Install rubber mat flooring on top (we have the mats, or happy to discuss supply) • Ensure surface is level, stable, and safe for kids Details: • Cubby footprint: approx 1400mm x 1200mm • Allowance: approx +300–500mm clearance around cubby • Ground is currently lawn (see photos) • No concrete required • Cubby is already assembled and in position Requirements: • Experience with ground prep, paving, or landscaping • Own tools (compactor/plate preferred) • Attention to safety and drainage • Ability to advise if adjustments are needed Timing: Flexible — ideally within the next 1–2 weeks. Budget: Open to fair quotes based on experience and inclusions. Please include: • Your experience with similar jobs • Whether materials are included or labour only • Any recommendations you have for the base or install Happy to separate labour vs materials if that helps with pricing. Decorative Gravel Border (Optional but Preferred) • Install a narrow strip of decorative white or light grey pebbles along planter edges for a clean finish 6. Outdoor Lighting • Supply and install solar garden/wall lights: • Along planter line and/or left wall • Warm light tone preferred • No hard wiring required 7. Final Tidy • Remove all waste and excess materials • Leave courtyard clean and ready for photography and inspections ⸻ Design Intent • Neutral, modern, and minimal • Low maintenance • Broad buyer appeal (no bold colours or high-care plants) • Finished look suitable for real estate marketing photos This budget is intended to cover: • Labour • Materials (plants, planters, gravel, lights) • Removal of green waste I am open to: • Minor material substitutions to stay within budget • Optional pricing if certain elements need to be adjusted

Brick Edging around Timber deck: Bricks to be laid on mortar base over road base with pointed joints. Eastern side of deck (5m): lay bricks with long side (230mm) perpendicular to edge direction. Remaining 15m: lay bricks with long side parallel to edge direction (less jointing) It will be appreciated in your offer if you can explain how you will ensure deck face boards are not in contact with bricks where possible and protected from water. preference is to pave so that bricks are not abutting but slightly lower than the bottom face boards to avoid water entrapment whilst maintaining existing grades. Photos of recent similar jobs much appreciated. Bricks already stacked on site. Please also comment on recommendations for protecting stormwater pipe directly below as per second photo
