I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented painter to complete the internal paintwork at my vacant investment property in Koolewong. The property is empty, providing easy access for a quick, efficient job. Scope of Work: * Doors: Painting 4 internal doors and 1 external door (both sides, including frames and architraves) Kitchen cabinets. * Windows: Painting 6 window frames and sills. * Floor Architraves: Painting new skirting/architraves throughout the house (to be completed after the flooring installation). Kitchen Cabinets: needs sanding and painting. In good condition. Condition & Details: * Prep: Surfaces are in good condition and have been sanded; they are ready for priming/painting. * Repair: One door has minor damage that requires a small patch/repair prior to painting. * Materials: I will supply the paint and brushes drop sheets, masking tape, sandpaper, gap filler, etc. Please include all other materials in your quote. Timeline: Looking to have this completed within one week of commencement. I am flexible on start dates but prefer to start next week. Requirements: * Tax/Invoicing: I require a formal tax invoice upon completion for my records. Sand Back Failed Coating + Proper Surface Prep + Non‑Slip Finish I’m looking for an experienced professional to properly strip back and recoat my driveway. The driveway currently has a grey top coat that is peeling and becomes very slippery when wet, making it unsafe. This coating needs to be sanded back before any new coating is applied. This job is to be done properly from preparation through to final non‑slip finish — not a quick repaint. Scope of Work Sand back and remove the existing grey top coat to a sound, stable surface Ensure all loose/failed coating is completely removed so new coating can bond properly Thorough cleaning and preparation of the concrete surface Application of a high‑quality driveway coating system Finish with a durable non‑slip coating suitable for both vehicles and foot traffic Background This driveway was previously painted by another Tasker, however: - The surface became more slippery and unsafe after painting - The coating peeled shortly after normal use I’m now specifically looking for someone who understands correct preparation and proper coating systems to ensure a long‑lasting result.
