The business is expected to generate approximately $200,000 in annual revenue. At this stage, there will be minimal invoicing activity, so the focus is on setting up a clean, efficient system and ensuring compliance from the outset. I urgently need a Queensland planning and environment lawyer to review a council Enforcement Notice regarding alleged filling/operational works on a residential property in the Lockyer Valley. Council issued a Show Cause Notice and Enforcement Notice in 2024. We then completed remediation identified by Council and submitted survey and RPEQ engineering evidence. Council issued a second Enforcement Notice in July 2026 containing: Expanded areas and new fill-volume calculations. Alleged work occurring after the original Show Cause Notice. An HSTP/effluent-disposal area Council previously said was excluded. No clear confirmation that the first notice was withdrawn or replaced. No new Show Cause Notice addressing the expanded allegations. I urgently need: Review of both notices and key evidence. Confirmation of the appeal deadline. Advice on appeal grounds, including procedural fairness. Advice on whether a protective appeal should be filed immediately. A separate quote for preparing and lodging an appeal in the Queensland Planning and Environment Court. Advice about a retrospective development application. You must hold a current Queensland practising certificate and have experience with the Planning Act 2016, enforcement notices and Planning and Environment Court matters.
