I need someone to complete a light re-clean of one vacant bedroom in a share house in West Gladstone. The previous tenant has already cleaned the room, but it needs a final once-over before the next person moves in. The task includes: Cleaning the mirrors Vacuuming the floor thoroughly Wiping down the windowsills Checking and cleaning the ceiling fan and any other dusty surfaces Spraying some Febreze to freshen the room Collecting a prepaid mattress protector from Kmart and leaving it in the room Sending me a few photos once the job is complete Please bring your own cleaning products and vacuum. I’ll arrange and pay for the Kmart click-and-collect order in advance. I’d like this completed as soon as possible—ideally today, but tomorrow, over the weekend or Monday may also work. Professional Mattress, Sofa & Carpet Cleaning – Annerley I’m looking for an experienced professional cleaner to deep clean the following in my home in Annerley: 1. Queen mattress • Professional deep clean • Some blood stains requiring treatment/removal • Please advise your blood-stain treatment method and experience. 2. Four-seater fabric sofa • Light blue “Blue Haze” fabric • May look like a 2-seater due to its design, but is actually 4-seater • Thorough upholstery/deep clean required. 3. Carpeted room • Approx. 3m x 3m to 3.5m x 3.5m • Deep carpet clean required. PRICING / ASSESSMENT The $40 Airtasker offer is an initial assessment/call-out payment, NOT the total cleaning price. I’m offering $40 for you to come out, inspect the items and assess exactly what needs to be done. After assessing the job, please provide your total price. If I agree to proceed, the $40 will be credited towards the final agreed price, with the remaining balance paid after the cleaning is completed. For example: if the total quote is $200, the $40 assessment is deducted and I pay the remaining $160 upon completion. Please only accept if you’re happy with this arrangement.
