This role focuses on community moderation, communication, and consistency. It is not a marketing, strategy, counselling, or therapy role. This role is best suited to someone who is comfortable holding space in female-dominated, peer-led communities and supporting companions with empathy, discretion, and strong boundaries. Key responsibilities: Moderate private WhatsApp and Facebook groups Welcome members and reinforce group guidelines Post pre-approved updates, reminders, and announcements Encourage respectful, positive engagement De-escalate minor issues and escalate concerns to the founder Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times You’ll work alongside our existing admin team, including a companion-focused admin and an educational support contributor, following clear processes and approvals. My client and I are seeking the help of a Social Media and Marketing Wiz to help establish a social media strategy for us that will market and grow our business (corporate training services). We currently have LinkedIn (but rarely use it) and no other platforms. We'd like this Wiz to suggest what platforms we should be using and provide a social media strategy for how to use these, e.g. what days to post, what is the aim, hashtags, tone of voice etc. We have a few new services we'll be launching this year so we want help with how to feed these into our social media strategy to make the most of the marketing and expansion.
