We are looking for a reliable and creative Social Media Manager to help grow and manage the online presence of our NDIS support services business. This is an ongoing casual role, ideally suited to someone available once or twice per week (approx. 4–5 hours weekly). We already have established business pages on: Facebook Instagram TikTok LinkedIn Google Business Profile We are now looking for someone to help us stay consistent, increase engagement, and grow our audience. Key responsibilities include: Creating and scheduling engaging posts across platforms Increasing followers and improving engagement Responding to comments and messages where appropriate Suggesting content ideas and simple marketing strategies Keeping all pages active, professional, and up to date Basic content planning for weekly posting We are ideally looking for someone with: Experience managing business social media accounts Strong understanding of content creation and engagement strategies Experience in NDIS, healthcare, or disability services marketing (preferred but not essential) Ability to work independently and take initiative Examples of pages or accounts you have managed or grown Time commitment: Approximately 4–5 hours per week Flexible scheduling (once or twice per week) This is an ongoing role for the right person, with potential for increased hours if results are strong. I run a small, fun, multi-activity, entertainment venue. I am looking for somebody to take over from my existing management team. The current site is in Wordpress. (personally I hate wordpress) and the Meta ads and Google Ads are controlled by the same team. It needs analyzing and overhauling from the last guy who owned the company. Hi everyone, My name is Emily, and I own a small handmade business called The Little Light Collective, where I create personalised gifts and keepsakes. I’m looking for someone local (or within Australia) who would be interested in helping me grow my Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Etsy presence. Ideally, I’d love to build a long-term working relationship with someone who genuinely enjoys helping small businesses succeed. I started my business after a serious medical injury left me unable to return to my previous career. Building this business has given me purpose again, but as a new small business owner, my budget is extremely limited. At the moment, I can only afford around $10 per week, so I completely understand that this won’t suit everyone. I’m hoping there may be someone starting out, building their own portfolio, or simply willing to work with a very small budget initially. As my business grows, my goal is to increase my budget and continue working together long-term.
