We make high-end design and animation work and have built a range of After Effects plugins, templates, and digital tools sold via Gumroad and our website. I build everything. I need someone to sell it and bring in clients. THE ROLE covers two things: Product marketing — build funnels and content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reddit. Run AI-assisted outreach to motion designers and AE users. Execute a warm-up sequence: free product → paid → bundle. All traffic goes to rubico.gumroad.com and rubico.design. Client development — research and reach out to potential studio clients (agencies, brands, production companies, creators). Write outreach, manage follow-ups, and turn leads into enquiries. YOU MUST HAVE: • Real knowledge of Adobe products — primarily After Effects • Experience with marketing funnels and outbound outreach • Confidence using AI tools for research, content, and campaigns • Respect for brand — everything you put out represents Rubico • Fast communication and ability to work independently COMPENSATION: Commission on product sales + commission on studio work you bring in. I need the attached stair nosing product image adjusted. The profile on the front needs to made longer (currently 10mm, needs to be extended to 40mm). The front also has a 25mm grit insert.
