Hi there, I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help run a weekly direct mail process for my marketing agency. This is ongoing weekly work. Volume: 100 letters per week (goal), up to 150 per week (max). (If things go well, may increase over time.) What you’ll do each week: 1. Address research + verification (100–150 contacts/week) You’ll receive a list of companies + founder names. You must find the correct business postal address and enter it into our spreadsheet. Non-negotiable: include a source link for every address (website contact page, Google Maps listing etc.) so it can be verified. 2. Prepare for print (mail merge support) We use a template letter with custom fields (company name, founder name, etc.). You will help ensure the spreadsheet is clean/ready so letters can be generated and printed. 3. Print + pack Print letters via Officeworks (or your printer if high quality), fold, insert into DLX envelopes, and ensure each envelope matches the correct letter. 4. Handwrite + post Neatly handwrite recipient name/address on each envelope, apply stamps, and lodge with Australia Post. Quality standards (important): We’ve had issues with basic mistakes previously, so attention to detail is critical. You must double-check suburb/state/postcode, ensure letter/envelope matching, and do a final spot-check before lodging. Please send photos of the first 5 completed envelopes weekly.
