We are a Melbourne West based business coaching and consulting firm called The Alternative Board seeking an experienced B2B lead generation & appointment setter for an initial 2-week trial, with ongoing work if successful. We work with business owners who want to improve the way they lead and run their businesses through business coaching, and leadership development. We are looking for someone who is confident speaking with Australian business owners and can generate genuine, qualified discovery meetings — not just fill a calendar with cold appointments. Your role: You will manage the prospecting process from start to finish: > Build your own targeted prospect database of businesses in Melbourne's western suburbs / Wyndham Council area. > Identify suitable business owners, directors and decision-makers Research businesses and identify relevant contact details. > Conduct outbound prospecting using the channels you believe will work best — cold calling, LinkedIn, email, online research, etc. > Have a genuine conversation with the business owner about their business and current challenges. > Book qualified prospects into a discovery meeting with our Director. > Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations and follow-ups. > Follow up with interested prospects by phone/email Hand over warm, properly qualified leads, rather than simply passing on contact details. Target: Our target is 8 qualified discovery meetings (30 minutes each) per week. We provide our branding, portfolio, services & marketing material. You handle prospect research, outreach and follow-up. Trial: 2-week initial trial – $300: If the trial is successful, there is potential for ongoing weekly work, with the opportunity to discuss a performance-based bonus structure.

I need 5-10 design options for a tag design / overall brand logo & typeface for my women's clothing brand CHUCKS. I love vintage looking tags and would like a beige/ white tag/ background with imagery and type all red. I like logos/ tags such as Levis, Ralph Lauren, Cherry LA and think some kind of little illustration or logo is very cute. Something simple yet iconic and recognisable. This design/ logo is mainly for the garment tag, but I would eventually like to use it for marketing, or to print on garments if I want to do that in future. I'm looking for an Australia-based graphic designer to provide ongoing remote support for marketing campaigns for a Brisbane performing arts higher education provider. The work will include Meta and Instagram ads, static designs, carousels and other digital marketing materials. Campaigns require multiple sizes, including 1080x1350, 1080x1920 and 1080x1080. You must be able to adapt the same concept across different Meta placements while maintaining strong composition, hierarchy and safe zones. We will provide approved copy, brand guidelines, logos, available images and clear briefs. You will turn these into polished, premium and conversion-focused creative assets. Image sourcing will be part of the role. You will be expected to search Shutterstock, select appropriate images for each campaign and provide the relevant Shutterstock assets. Strong aesthetic judgment and critical image selection skills are essential, as the chosen images must suit the course, audience, campaign message and brands visual identity.
