My book, The World of Chocolate, is published by Artisan Hachette and will be released on 6 October 2026. Pre-orders are already open. The goal is to make it as easy as possible for the hundreds of chocolate makers, cacao producers, chocolatiers, researchers, and contributors featured in the book to share it with their audiences.
