What This Role Looks Like Meta (2- 3 campaigns per month) • Campaign setup (website landing page already built) • Audience setup • Pixel / conversion verification • Basic A/B testing (1–2 variations) • Weekly monitoring • Recommendations for creative tweaks (Layout / Design) where required • Recommend any funnel adjustments as needed • 1–2 optimisation tweaks per campaign • Simple end-of-campaign report (not a 30-page deck) You must ensure conversions are tracking properly and help us improve our sales funnels over time. Google Ads • Ongoing search campaign management • Keyword refinement • Negative keyword management • Basic bid adjustments • Conversion tracking checks • Recommend any funnel adjustments as needed • Monthly summary report Reporting • One clear monthly performance summary • Key metrics (CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, BOOKINGS) • Clear recommendations What We’re Looking For • Australian-based with ABN (local preferred) • Confident in Meta Ads and Google Ads / Keyword SEO • Understands conversion tracking • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once • Can explain data clearly and simply • Collaborative and proactive with recommendations Understanding of AHPRA / NDIS advertising guidelines is preferred (we can provide guidance).
