Review a simple loan arrangement / message trail between me and the borrower. 2. Advise on the best legal approach for recovery. 3. Draft and send a formal Letter of Demand on your letterhead. 4. Communicate professionally with the borrower (email/SMS/phone if needed) to request repayment. 5. Beginner lawyer to prepare a brief (contact experts, research cases, photocopy documents, etc) for a judicial enquiry (appeal). Note - you need to be a practising lawyer with your own law firm or be able to work under the authority of a lawyer with a law firm. It's to do with a Sydney case; so although the work is remote, you would need to be in Sydney to pick up documents and to make a few legal visits. This task will be at the preliminary stage for now. Being sued for a ridiculous sum of money over a very minor car accident. I have a strong suspicion I am being scammed with this lawsuit and need assistance in fleshing out some very suspicious aspects of the matter and putting them together to defend my case.
