Tried to file to Circuit Court on my own but the consent orders were rejected. Need a lawyer to assist asap. File will be closed June 19. Rejection reasons: leave out of time is require due to the date of separation. Please include an order to the effect in the Terms of Settlement. The orders sought are not written in an enforceable format. It must be clear who needs to perform what specific action and by when. We closed PDF from the Attorney Generals Office which lists sample orders. We otherwise encourage parties to obtain legal advice. Please provide a statement of agreed facts setting out how the proposed division is just and equitable. The information provided in Items 69 through to 74 is insufficient.
